It is not with the high temperatures that your feet can sweat, there are more circumstances that can cause you to have sweaty feet throughout the year… and it is that this extra sweating may be making your feet smell worse.

Everyone has bacteria that lives on their skin and in their shoes, so sometimes if you’re not careful they can produce very bad-smelling acid. But the ideal thing is to know how to act against the bad smell of the feet, only in this way you will be able to eliminate the bacteria and walk without odor in the feet.

Action guidelines for bad skin odor

  • Feet in salt water. Salt draws moisture from your skin and can reduce the amount of bacteria you have on your skin. You will only have to put warm water with salt in a container and soak your feet for 20 minutes. Do every day for two weeks and you will start to notice the differences, it is the key!
  • With a little vinegar. If you want bacteria to forget about your feet, bathe your feet in vinegar because it has a drying effect that will starve the bacteria. You will have to mix one part of vinegar with two parts of water in a container and soak your feet for 30 minutes. You will have to repeat it every day once for a week.
  • Wear the right shoes and socks. They should take into account that there are materials that can make your feet sweat and also make you smell worse. For example, materials like nylon can trap moisture around your feet, while cotton will allow your feet to breathe and not smell. If you are one of the people whose feet usually sweat, it is better that you take some socks with you and change them in the middle of the day to keep your feet in better condition.
  • Wash your feet and dry them very well. When you wash your feet you should dry them very well so that they can be completely dry, then you can use a special spray to fight foot odor. Use that same spray on your shoes for better results.
