  • Give them a long bath. To loosen up your feet and stop aching feet, a good foot bath will stimulate blood flow when you immerse them in water. You can take a special bath or just fill your bathtub halfway and put your feet in it. In order for your feet to relax and recover more effectively, you can add essential oils, dried flower petals or coconut oil.
  • Massages and care. You will have to end the hardness of the heels and for this you must do it with a pumice stone or another utensil that serves you for this purpose. You can also use an exfoliating palette that is not very cheap. Then do not hesitate to massage your feet to feel the pleasure of its renewal.
  • Hydrating creams. It is important that you hydrate your tired feet with a moisturizing cream, but remember that you should not use the same one that you use for your body, but it is necessary to use an exclusive moisturizing cream for feet.
  • Ice for the feet. If your aching feet are sore and a hot bath doesn’t do anything for you, you can try a little ice. Taking a cold bath or putting ice packs on your feet will help to constrict the blood vessels and give them some relief.
  • Comfortable and breathable footwear. And of course, do not hesitate to choose comfortable and breathable footwear for every day of the year. Your aching and tired feet deserve it!
  • If needed, your feet may need some arch supports to help with the tired and aching feet.
